Return & Exchange Policy – Favoured Fashion

At Favoured Fashion, we aim to provide you the best quality products. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please read our return and exchange guidelines carefully:

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns or exchanges are only accepted if you provide a proper product-opening video.

• The opening video must:

  • Start before the package is opened.

  • Clearly show the parcel from all sides, the shipping label, and the unpacking process.

  • Show the issue clearly (wrong item, damaged item, missing item, etc.)

2. Conditions Where Return Is Not Accepted

• No return or exchange without a full opening video.

• No return for:

  • Size issues

  • Color variation (minor variations due to lighting/screens)

  • Customer handling damage

  • Discounted, sale, or clearance products

3. Time Window

• You must submit the opening video within 24 hours of delivery.

• After 24 hours, no return or exchange will be processed.

4. Product Condition

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

5. Refund Method

• Refunds (if approved) will be provided as:

  • Store credit / coupon, or

  • Replacement of the product (depending on availability)

6. COD Orders

• COD orders are eligible for replacement only, not refunds.
